Great atmosphere, good service, okay food! This place is a lovely spot to snag lunch after hiking or kayaking, but I wouldn't say it's worth driving out of your way for. Their adorable setup just isn't really made to serve the masses, and that's ok! To give them the benefit of the doubt, we showed up in the last hour or so that they were open, so it's somewhat understandable that they were out of 3 different ingredients/options we tried to order. They did offer us some nice alternatives! Anyways, try to go earlier in the day and I'm sure it's super yummy!

Gorgeous walk-up counter right on the river. Such a beautiful little spot secluded from the rest of Aspinwall. The food was incredible and can't wait to return to try more of their changing menu. Amazing bagels and pastries!

Great food. Friendly service. Many vegan & gluten free option. Oat milk ice cream is soft serve & yummy. Enjoyed veggie burger & bacon egg cheese sandwich. Last visit, we were happy with the quiche, & shakshuka - both with side salads. Also breakfast tacos. Setting can’t be beat along the Allegheny River in Aspinwall Riverfront Park.

Goat Rodeo bagel breakfast sandwich was good, though the toppings were sparse and uneven, especially for the $13.50 price tag. Lemonade was watered down with the fizzy water, maybe that was my mistake and the regular actually tastes like lemonade? The 40 minutes it took to get our sandwiches was spent watching the water- it is a great spot, I'll give them that! LONG wait for a sandwich though. I'm intrigued by the dinner options, so will try again with fingers crossed for a better overall experience.

Found this place by chance. A Cafe on the river with a kayak and SUP rental nearby. The menu is limited but offers healthy breakfast choices and salads. Loved the river front seats, it was a nice day in Pittsburgh (some drizzling that lasted shortly). My friend and I originally wanted to have a bite and then start walking, we ended up staying there for 3 hours.

Delicious ever changing menu featuring farm fresh ingredients and locally sourced foods. Lovely to enjoy a quick bite with outdoor seating along the river. Creative and tasty drinks and treats. Some seating is available under the shade of an outdoor tent.

Outdoor dining with plenty of room to social distance. Great menu and beautiful location on the river. Food was good. I had a bagel sandwich and it did not disappoint.

Excellent Lunch! Let me tell you about the Carrot Soup, the roasted carrots and pickled onions together were delicious! Lots of Vegan and healthy options!
